Lithium Ore Crushing Line and Configuration Plan

Spodumene is one of the main lithium-containing minerals. It is mainly produced in lithium-rich granite pegmatites. The paragenetic minerals include quartz, albite, microcline, etc., with a hardness of 6.5-7 and a hard quality. Generally, 2 -3 sections of crushing production line.

1. Coarse crushing equipment
After the spodumene ore is mined, the size is relatively large, and it needs to be coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher, which can crush the large ore to a medium particle size at one time, and the size of the jaw crusher is usually 10-30cm.

2. Secondary crushing equipment
The spodumene produced by the jaw crusher is sent to the coarse crushing cone crusher for further crushing. It is recommended to use a hydraulic cone crusher. The performance of the hydraulic system is superior to that of the spring system,and the efficiency and output are greatly improved, and it is more convenient for maintenance in the later stage.

3. Fine crushing equipment
The spodumene produced by the coarse crushing cone is sent to the fine crushing cone for further crushing, and the output 0-15mm finished product can be directly sent to the mill for grinding.

4. Supporting equipment
In addition to the main crusher, the operation of the spodumene crushing production line also requires feeders, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and other supporting equipment, which are responsible for conveying materials to the crushers at all levels, screening finished products, and cooperating to complete the crushing operation.
