Process flow

(Take iron ore as an example) Hematite is blasted from the mountain, and the stones smaller than 1020mm are sent to the vibrating feeder by the dump truck. The vibrating feeder sends the stones evenly to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stone in the first stage. The stone crushed by the jaw crusher is about 150mm-300mm. The material is sent to the hydraulic cone crusher by the vibrating feeder for the second stage crushing. The crushed material is classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen. The material is returned to the cone and broken again, and the material below 40mm is sent to the impact sand making machine by the belt conveyor for shaping. After shaping, the finished product is classified by a circular vibrating screen and conveyed to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
